We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Archivist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and curating our visual assets to ensure top-notch quality, consistency, and brand alignment. In this role, you’ll oversee our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, establish naming conventions, tagging, and categorization, while ensuring proper user access.
You’ll work closely with various teams to curate high-quality imagery for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, while also providing training on DAM best practices. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with licensing, copyright, and image usage guidelines.

As the Digital Archivist, you will:

As the Digital Archivist, you will:
- Oversee and manage commissioned photography, ensuring all visual assets meet brand and quality standards. Work with marketing teams to curate impactful imagery for proposals, presentations, and award submissions.
- Establish and maintain structured naming conventions, tagging, and categorization for efficient asset retrieval. Manage user access, permissions, and system integrity.
- Align digital assets with the firm’s architectural language, design ethos, and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
- Serve as the liaison between departments to facilitate the effective use of digital assets. Train staff on DAM system best practices to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Develop and implement guidelines for image licensing, copyright adherence, and proper usage, ensuring legal and brand compliance.
- Regularly audit and update the digital archive to ensure assets are relevant, organized, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the digital archiving process, integrating new technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and usability.

- Interest and/or passion for Architectural and Interior Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Digital Archiving, Media Management, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital asset management, visual archiving, or content curation, preferably within an architectural, design, or creative industry.
- Certification in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Metadata Standards an asset
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, DAM systems, and content management platforms.
- Knowledge of image licensing, copyright laws, and intellectual property rights.
