Data Asset Assistant (Studio)

Overview

As part of the data asset team this role is fundamental in supporting the studio team and other key stakeholders around the business to deliver assets that help sell our wonderful product.  This is done through the correct handling of data files at all stages of the production process, data creation, image capture, post-production and delivery to all channels. Utilising our systems to ensure we deliver all required imagery and data on schedule for each monthly drop to launch on our website and through our wholesale partners.

Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office.

What You Will Do

  • Delivering all visual assets to our wholesale suppliers on a monthly basis.
  • Resizing, exporting and renaming imagery to required specification and conventions dependent on end use.
  • Handling ad-hoc requests from external suppliers for assets to boost sales.
  • Creation and delivery of additional online assets such as GIFs, swatches, lifestyle and additional studio imagery.
  • Monitoring digital asset tracking and the progress of outstanding product requiring imagery.
  • Handling requests for corrections of live product on site when flagged by the wider business, briefing in requirements for reshoots or post-production work when needed.
  • Track job progress through Lets Flo system.
  • Run queries to ensure flow of data and images.
  • Reconcile lists against system data and images.
  • General upkeep of DAM storage, ensuring all assets are labelled and stored correctly.
  • Generating reports to facilitate studio operations.
  • Highlighting any data discrepancies and amend where possible to ensure data is accurate and valid.
  • Ad hoc support to any function of the Creative services team to ensure deliverables are handed over on time.
  • Support data asset team in copy and translations management.
  • Support in rectifying errors in system when they occur across shoot and post-production process.
  • Tag and drop management.
What We Are Looking For

  • Understanding of image file formatting, resolution and resizing beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programmes preferable. (Excel, Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge).
  • Previous experience working in an ecommerce studio or similar role beneficial.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-orientated.
