DAM Specialist

In this role, you will lead our client's DAM efforts for web ordering platforms. You'll be responsible for managing and approving product imagery, creating metadata standards, and implementing workflows to ensure assets are appropriately cataloged, ingested, and approved. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of digital assets while supporting eCommerce objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of approving product imagery for the eCommerce website.
• Identify and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between enriched product data and provided imagery.
• Review product data sources to maintain image accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain industry-standard metadata management practices.
• Document bugs, feature improvements, and communicate effectively with technology resources.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the DAM space.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors (required)
• 4-5 years of previous experience in core project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience successfully deploying and supporting DAM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of DAM systems, including infrastructure, functional capability, integration capability, taxonomy, governance, and metadata.
