Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy, the DAM Program Manager will be responsible for leading the adoption, program strategy, and ongoing optimization of Asurion’s first enterprise digital asset management (DAM) platform. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all DAM-related inquiries including user onboarding, trainings, and troubleshooting.

- Act as internal DAM champion through user demos/roadshows to drive engagement and adoption within Marketing and beyond
- Manage and govern all assets within library including rights management, visibility, archive dates, and appropriate metadata
- Drive rollout of templating module across print and digital; establish workflow and process in partnership with Creative and Marketing Operations teams
- Work with internal and external teams to review existing DAM program; suggest and implement relevant improvements to user groups, permissions, and asset library
- Own taxonomy and metadata structure; implement ongoing review and evolution cadence in partnership with key stakeholders; document and maintain changelog
- Assist internal teams and stakeholders with creating and implementing proactive solutions within the DAM
- Create user resource library through written guides and video tutorials
- Own vendor relationship; escalate and log system issues, bugs, or suggested improvements and stay up to date on product enhancements
- Work with Marketing Operations team to track efficiencies realized through DAM implementation
- Partner with IT and Enterprise Technical Services on automation or technical enhancements
- Develop rollout strategy for global teams with focus on localized assets and governance
- Knowledge of the MarTech landscape including project management platforms, automation tools, and design software
- Understanding of various file formats pertaining to imagery, video, audio, and print collateral
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and presenting to a range of audiences including non-technical partners
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining positive, collaborative attitude
- Experience developing and rolling out an enterprise DAM program, preferably with multiple brands
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Library Science, Design, or other related discipline
