Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an DAM/PIM & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will drive our e-commerce marketing efforts while spearheading the implementation and management of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) system. Your contributions will ensure seamless content workflows across departments, optimized digital strategies, and enhanced product visibility across our platforms.

DAM/PIM Management:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an DAM/PIM & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will drive our e-commerce marketing efforts while spearheading the implementation and management of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) system. Your contributions will ensure seamless content workflows across departments, optimized digital strategies, and enhanced product visibility across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
DAM/PIM Management:
- Lead the implementation of DAM and PIM systems, ensuring smooth integration with current workflows, including implementation of taxonomy and metadata standards to improve searchability and usability of assets.
- Organize, upload, and catalog digital assets (e.g., images, videos, documents) into the DAM system, ensuring proper tagging, metadata, and categorization.
- Work with the Product Development team to ensure accurate and consistent product information across all sales and marketing channels.
- Develop workflows for content approval, version control, and distribution.
- Train team members on the proper use of the DAM and PIM systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor system performance and address any technical issues in collaboration with IT or external vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact between departments to ensure the DAM and PIM systems meet the needs of marketing, sales, product, and creative teams.
- Track usage metrics and provide insights into system efficiency and asset performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create promotional campaigns.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, generating actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with third-party platforms or marketplaces for product listings and promotions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and digital strategy.
- Hands-on experience with DAM and/or PIM systems (e.g., Pattern PXM, Bynder, Widen, Salsify, Akeneo).
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of product catalog management and taxonomy development.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and content creation platforms.
- Experience in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer e-commerce models.
