DAM Assistant

We have a unique opportunity for a role that will be central to the launch and rollout of our new Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, which will revolutionise the way digital assets are stored and utilised across our Global Top 100, Russell Group University.

You will be a personable individual capable of working both on your initiative and as part of the wider Content and Creative Services team within the marketing department at the University.

Tasks will include:

• Becoming one of our in-house Adobe DAM experts
• Overseeing images, folder structure and smart tagging within the Adobe platform
• Sourcing, uploading and tagging new imagery added to the DAM system
• Supporting our Image and Photography Manager in both organising and attending photoshoots across the University

In return, you will be provided with training opportunities, qualifications, and sustain close working relationships directly with Adobe, as well as opportunities to work further across/alongside the in-house experts in the Content team in functions such as video, design and photography.
