The Role
We are looking for a Cybrarian to join our growing team here in NYC. This person will have a deep understanding of taxonomy, metadata and the organization of digital assets to ensure the platform is delivering the desired assets/results.
We are in need of someone who can be a be part of a global team of Cybrarians, Project Managers and solution focused Program Directors who optimize the McCann/Craft DAM experience for our agency partners and clients.

We are in need of someone who can be a be part of a global team of Cybrarians, Project Managers and solution focused Program Directors who optimize the McCann/Craft DAM experience for our agency partners and clients.
What you will do…
- Evaluate clients’ needs for organization and search requirements so finding assets in the DAM is extremely easy and intuitive.
- Track and apply usage rights, following the asset lifecycle to prevent any misuse or untimely release of assets.
- Organize, catalog, tag and publish assets going into the Craft DAM ecosystem
- Create, manage and apply appropriate usage rights records to assets in the Craft DAM to prevent the misuse or untimely release of assets.
- Be able to hold regular update meetings with key internal and client stakeholders
- Help create and update training presentation materials for the DAM platform.
- Utilize reporting capabilities in the DAM to optimize asset tagging and usage in the platforms.
- Any additional tasks as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience working with an enterprise level digital asset management platform
- Broad knowledge of DAM, metadata and taxonomy concepts
- Media and technology agnostic, whilst displaying a profound love and passion for Technology
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Excellent collaborator working as part of a global team across multiple offices and time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically with the ability to understand and translate back requirements and needs.
- Robust technical and analytical skills, with proven ability in identifying problems, recommending solutions, and improving processes.
- Curious and resourceful; comfortable learning new things through exploration, self-training and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
