Our well-established global Marketing & BD team supports the firm on a wide range of business development, communications, marketing, and client relationship management activities.
The Creative Services team sits within Corporate Communications and provides a combination of template-driven and customized designs for a wide range of marketing and other materials used to support the firm's business development, internal communications, and responsible business practices. The team is comprised of in-house designers and account professionals who work closely with a roster of preferred agencies and freelancers. They collectively act as guardians of the firm's brand and manage the Creative Hub, a digital asset management system (DAM) with a comprehensive library of images, templates, and resources that are accessible globally.
Role Overview
The Creative Services Coordinator works closely with the Creative Account Manager to assign/ balance workload, facilitate the lawyer headshot process in the UK, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure the success of our creative agency partners.
The right candidate will co-manage daily workflow within the DAM in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner – all while communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
The candidate will participate in team meetings, e.g., daily morning status meeting, creative reviews, and bi-weekly.
Additionally, the right candidate will help with metrics reporting around key team stats.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Assign creative requests to in-house designers and agencies in a timely, efficient manner.
- Serve as primary point of contact for lawyer headshots and other photoshoots throughout the firm.
- Maintain and update the library of artwork/images, liaising with colleagues from other regions for searches and related requests.
- Help build digital and print templates for relevant marketing collateral.
- Support with maintaining our digital asset management system (DAM).
- Make small edits to documents, using the Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Quality check designs for brand alignment, creative oversights, and typos.
- Assist with pulling together the quarterly metrics report for the Creative Services team.
- Support the Creative Account Manager and Account Specialist in stakeholder relations though initiating creative consultations, responses to requestors within the DAM, and other team-related communications.
- Process team invoices relating to ongoing contracts, e.g. Shutterstock, Monotype, PaperTurn.
- Support team communications with e-comms platform (iPublish).
- Answer process-related questions, and work closely with relevant stakeholders on creative jobs, invoices, and agency inquiries.
- Encourage brand best practices by providing practical advice to colleagues across the firm.
Qualifications and Training
Business development and marketing, along with an interest in design.
Skills and Experiences
- Experience working in a similar role in a professional services environment, or agency/in-house studio.
- Solid understanding and experience of the design and production industry.
- Has experience in communications, or creative services.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant field.
- Fluency in the standard Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in working on both a MAC and PC.
- Sound knowledge of the Adobe suite and able to make minor edits to text, swap an image, etc.
- Design agency background or proven experience within a professional services environment, in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate deadlines, set expectations, and communicate project delivery dates.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build excellent working relationships with colleagues at every level within the firm.
- An understanding of the creative process and thinking ahead before each required step.
