Our Creative Services Assistant must be a natural self-starter, quick learner and flexible to cover many different areas within the creative services team. Organisation skills are key in this bespoke role. Ideally, some experience of working within an in-house studio or agency would be an advantage but not essential.
You will have experience of the foundations of project management assisting the Traffic Manager with scheduling and management of projects, client management as well as admin aspects of the creative services team.
Working with our DAM system and Monday.com will be key as will building relationships with the Marketing teams. It’s important that any potential candidate is comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrives on daily challenges.

This candidate should be able to demonstrate:

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for and assisting the allocation of jobs that come into the studio through our work management system Monday.com. This includes making sure they are correctly identified, briefed and managed through the system. Working with the Traffic Coordinator on all projects going through the dept.
- Organising kick off creative meetings with Designer and Client to oversee process.
- Maximising forward planning with annual calendars for all service lines.
- Working with the Traffic Manager and MarComms Activation Executive to implement the continued good relationship with marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Working with the Traffic Coordinator and MarComms Activation Executive to ensure the milestones of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
This candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- 1 years’ work experience within a in house studio or creative agency
- Knowledge of skills sets within the design and print sector.
- Preferable experience working with; Digital Asset Management systems & platforms including Monday.com or Frontify
- Maintaining brand policy and compliance to the approved guidelines
- You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables.
- You will have solid people management and communication skills and have started to build resourcing skills.
- You will possess great organisational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish.
- Day-to-day management of creative project scheduling.
