Crocs is looking for a Creative Production Lead to direct creative assets for the brand from the early concept stages through final creative production. The CP Lead will work with Creative Department leaders to build a shared vision and bring strategic ideas to life through creative conceptualization and detailed execution. In this role, you will establish content creation standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results and ensure the Crocs brand is communicated with high visual impact — be that through photo direction, video direction, CGI or illustration direction. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show strong attention to detail.

- Partner with the Senior Producer to serve as the liaison between creative team and project collaborators to understand project goals and requirements, establish production back-end plans, and deliver final assets/collateral
- Lead all marketing and creative requests, schedule kick-off calls as needed, capture all necessary information, strategize with the project partner and facilitate the completion of the request
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various team members about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Work closely with the creative team and outsourced creative agencies, running creative workflows for studio and lifestyle photography, video, CGI animations, illustrations, etc. ensuring all assets are delivered on time
- Optimize workload among creative agencies to increase output
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Handle all creative assets and DAM libraries and keep track of version history & asset updates
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Develop new workflow processes and intake forms to streamline creative workflow
- Create mood boards, hair & makeup guides, styling direction, as well as prop direction in partnership with creative design leads for all content productions
- Coordinate global projects and refine quality of work by the global teams
- 2-5 years of experience in creative design
- Excellent project management skills, with an attention to detail from concept development through production for magnificent end results
- Outstanding communication skills, the ability to be thoughtful and subtle but also firm and, above all, clear
- College Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms and channels and content formats (print, digital, video, CGI, web, etc.)
- A digital-first mentality, with deep experience crafting engaging and interactive content for online use
- A strategic mentality, with a confirmed ability to understand clients’ business challenges and deliver creative solutions
- A passion for taking creative vision and elevating to build stunning visuals that align with creative strategy and help to deliver ROI
- Expert level proficiencies within Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be flexible and able to accept and apply necessary critiques and feedback, as well as be willing to work outside of normal business hours on occasion
