We're seeking a talented and innovative Creative Producer to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the evolution of our creative processes by integrating AI technologies, streamlining workflows, and empowering our cross-functional teams with self-service tools.

In this role, you will:

Self-Service Tool Development:

  • Collaborate with IT and Creative teams to develop and deploy user-friendly self-service creative tools for Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of these tools across the organization.
Digital Asset Management:

  • Oversee the management and organization of our digital asset library (DAM).
  • Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of creative assets.
  • Source video and photo assets to support asset creation.
  • Implement best practices for metadata tagging and categorization.
AI Integration:

  • Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and quality across various functions, including image generation, video editing, and other creative outputs.
  • Train and support AI models to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
  • Enable Creative teams in effectively using AI tools to optimize their workflows.
Presentation Support:

  • Support mid- and lower-tier presentations by implementing creative direction, design assistance, and presentation deck development.
  • Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all presentations.
Production Optimization:

  • Streamline remote production processes for photo and video shoots to maximize output and efficiency.
  • Support pre-production process with Photo and Video teams to plan, schedule, and execute detailed shot lists.
  • Review post-production activities, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years of proven experience working with Creative and/or Marketing teams
  • Strong aptitude of AI technologies (Adobe Firefly, Vidoso, Roll.AI, etc.) and their potential applications in creative fields
  • Proficiency in digital asset management tools and software (Brandpad, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Creative experience and a keen eye for detail
