Position Summary:

Momentous is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Creative Producer to drive the development, coordination and execution of compelling integrated brand content. As a key member of the brand creative team, you will manage various content workflows, from resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, production and post-production to asset delivery and archiving. You will be informing, inspiring and engaging our audience on all aspects of health and wellness via the production of content across all channels (web, social, email, blog, podcast, influencer/affiliate, paid media) and formats (digital, video, print, audio), while also attracting new customers and affirming our position as a leader in the sports nutrition and supplements space. You will be a pivotal part of our Content Team, working closely with both internal and external creatives and reporting to the Director of Creative and Content. This role supports Momentous’ mission of democratizing high performance by creating and telling stories around our products, partners and customers that inspire, educate, and guide.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain content team’s production calendar to ensure timely progress of content slate and successful delivery of all brand content deliverables
  • Actively produce and resource across content for all channels, including web, social, email, blog, podcast, influencer/affiliate, paid media
  • Work with larger content team, providing visibility to production workflows, responding to creative feedback and sharing regular updates
  • Lead the end-to-end production of integrated content, ensuring consistency in tone, style and alignment to brand guidelines/priorities on time and within budget
  • Manage and run the daily activities of our content team including writers, designers, videographers and other creatives
  • Work with a team of freelance writers, designers, videographers and other creatives to ensure brand consistency and quality
  • Create a production pipeline system alongside Marketing Ops and PM that is scalable to ensure deliverables are being met, and a digital asset management system (DAM) to ensure content is being optimally archived and organized
  • Secure and negotiate all necessary legal contracts, licensing, permits and complete wrap binders/asset archiving for all projects
Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in content production and/or line producing, startup experience and/or experience/knowledge of the health and wellness space preferred
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality, multi-channel content in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing complex workflows and tight deadlines
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in content creation and project management tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Airtable, or similar), AICP budgeting and scheduling
  • A strong eye for detail and creative storytelling, with a passion for sports, fitness and nutrition
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and content taxonomy best practices
