- Budget Management: Track project budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure financial accountability. The ideal candidate should have experience managing significant budgets and a solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles. This will enable effective communication and collaboration with the finance team.
- Workflow Optimization: Work with the Project Management team to develop, implement, and refine processes to enhance team productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Resource Allocation: Help manage team bandwidth, assign projects, and coordinate with freelancers, vendors, or cross-functional teams as needed.
- Tool and System Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that improve asset management and workflow efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet creative standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and expectations.
- Team Development: Support the growth of the creative team by identifying training opportunities, fostering a positive culture, and mentoring junior team members.
- Reporting and Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of creative processes and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain the company’s DAM platform.
- Organize, catalog, and manage metadata for all digital assets, ensuring they are easily searchable and accessible.
- Establish and enforce standards, workflows, and best practices for asset management.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to manage and distribute assets for campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Ensure all assets are properly tagged, stored, and archived for future use.
- Manage permissions and access levels for users based on their roles
- Metadata and Taxonomy:
- Develop and maintain metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and tagging protocols to ensure consistency and usability.
- Regularly audit the system for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
