As Creative Operations Manager at Cozey, you will be the operational backbone of our Creative & Brand team, ensuring seamless execution of projects, optimized workflows, and efficient cross-functional collaboration. You’ll oversee photoshoot production, team project management, creative workflows, and digital asset management, while also supporting brand marketing and omnichannel creative execution.
Your role is equal parts strategic and hands-on—from implementing tools and processes to managing documentation, budgets, and briefs. You’ll work closely with the Director of Global Creative & Brand to support strategic planning and execution across channels. Success in this role will be measured by the efficiency and effectiveness of our creative operations, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
What you'll be doing

What you'll be doing
- Oversee the planning and execution of photoshoots, ensuring streamlined production, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Optimize how the creative team works by establishing processes, tools, and documentation that enhance efficiency.
- Partner with the Director of Global Creative & Brand to align creative execution with broader brand marketing and omnichannel strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Implement best practices for creative workflows, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution across digital, retail, and print channels.
- Own and maintain Air, our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are well-organized, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in seasonal campaign planning, product launches, and marketing activations, ensuring creative is integrated across all consumer touchpoints.
- Track creative budgets, invoices, and resourcing to ensure projects stay within scope and aligned with business priorities.
- 5+ years experience in creative operations, creative services, or production management.
- Background in a fast-paced, high-performing brand or a top-tier creative agency.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, omnichannel strategy, and campaign execution.
- Expertise in photoshoot production, team project management, and creative workflows.
- Proficiency in project management and asset management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, DAM systems).
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance structure and flexibility in a fast-moving creative environment.
