Description
As our Creative Asset Manager, you will manage, develop and improve the Digital Asset Management platform (Eurostar Creative/EC) to support the rebrand of Eurostar.
You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining online brand digital assets as well as maximizing the value of the DAM by promoting its benefits and effectively streamlining the ways of working, across several systems and departments.
You will provide user training as well as day-to-day maintenance of all the different modules. This role is a fixed term, 12 month contract base at our Kings Cross office with hybrid working.
We're look for someone to:
- Manage, develop and improve of all the different modules on the current DAM platform: library, collections, guidelines and brand assets
- Ensure the Eurostar Creative platform is fit for purpose to support the whole business and its external 3rd party agencies and partners
- Ensure all the new brand assets and imagery to be used across all markets and locations, are relevant and up to date
- Analyze the existing and new assets and build an appropriate structure on EC that is easy to understand and navigate by all users
- Maintain the process that support end to end asset lifecycle to ensure assets are on-brand and compliant
- Manage asset usage rights and ensure relevant archiving is done
- Manage any migration of assets from other programs onto EC
- Audit all user asset uploads to ensure all information provided is correct
- Be the first point of call for all questions regarding the Eurostar Creative platform
- Lead training program (in collaboration with the system provider) of EC and all Eurostar stakeholders
- Build close partnership with the DAM supplier to evolve system needs, deploy and communicate new features and functionalities, maintain high level of knowledge and education
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to find the best creative solutions for their ongoing project objectives and requirements
- Generate a ‘satisfaction survey’ to ensure all stakeholder feedback is captured and addressed with a view to continuously improve ways of working
- Work closely with the Studio and Brand teams to ensure all the modules are set up, develop and used effectively by the stakeholders
- Report monthly to the Studio and Brand Managers on progress of Eurostar Creative activity
You'll need:
- To be analytical and strategic
- To Be logical, efficient and digitally enabled
- Have experience with Digital Asset Management systems and integrations
- Have good organisational and time management skills, ability to work autonomously
- Have technical expertise working with APIs or integrating multi-vendor systems
- Have experience in change management, adoption & system roll-out
- Solid understanding of asset usage rights
- Confident in your own abilities and be able to take the lead
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and make decisions
- To be strong communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
- To be strong attention to detail
- French or Dutch is a plus
