As the Marketing Digital Asset Manager at PBK, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and distributing our digital assets to support our marketing and branding efforts. You will ensure that our digital content, including images, videos, graphics, templates and documents, is easily accessible, up-to-date, and effectively utilized across various platforms and campaigns.

- Develop and implement a digital asset management (DAM) strategy to streamline the organization, storage, and distribution of digital content.
- Manage and maintain the DAM system, ensuring that all digital assets are correctly categorized, tagged, and archived.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure digital assets meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Oversee the uploading, downloading, and sharing of digital assets, ensuring appropriate usage rights and permissions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to acquire and manage digital assets as needed.
- Monitor and track the usage and performance of digital assets, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Implement and maintain metadata standards and naming conventions for digital assets to ensure consistency and searchability.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of the DAM system and best practices for digital asset management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital asset management to continuously improve our processes.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and licensing agreements for all digital assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Library Science, or a related field.
- Experience in digital asset management, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management systems (DAM) and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital asset management tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing agreements related to digital content.
- Experience with metadata standards and naming conventions.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
