- To serve as the central point of contact for digital assets and physical samples, ensuring efficient access and organization for various teams.
- Organize, upload, tag, and maintain digital assets within a digital asset management (DAM) system or similar platform.
- Ensure consistent metadata and tagging for easy searchability and retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their asset needs.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the digital asset library. Organize and catalog physical samples, ensuring they are readily accessible and well-maintained.
- Work with designers and other stakeholders to manage the flow of samples.
- Determine whether samples fit with the company's branding strategy.
- Provide training and support to other team members on using the DAM system and sample organization processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for digital asset management and sample coordination. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- 1+ years Marketing experience working with digital catalogs and/or asset libraries (DAMs), photo studio production, marketing or creative for dotcom needs.
- Familiarity with industry file naming conventions and meta tagging structures is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Bridge, DAMs, Dropbox, Google Sheets, MS Suite, and project management apps
- Adaptability, attention to detail, product knowledge, communication, problem solving, research, teamwork, technology use, time management
