PMI has invested in a Global Content Supply Chain platform named Marketing Work Management (MWM). This platform leverages Adobe Workfront, AEM and other marketing platforms to deliver the ability to take a marketing campaign brief from ideation through to delivery on a channel. This brings insights on the end to end process to help optimize MROI. The MWM team is working closely with IBM, Publicis and Adobe in order to drive global best practices for marketing automation. This is a huge opportunity to help shape the global marketing platforms.
For our Digital Asset & Process Management team, we are therefore looking for a Content Supply Chain Operations Manager (24 months fixed term contract). This role will be based in central London, UK, reporting directly into the Head of Digital Asset & Process Management.
As the Content Supply Chain Operations Manager you will be responsible for running the service on a daily basis focussing on delivering a high quality, timely service for over 2500 users Globally, constantly looking at ways to enhance processes to drive additional value, leading one of 4 streams in MWM:

As the Content Supply Chain Operations Manager you will be responsible for running the service on a daily basis focussing on delivering a high quality, timely service for over 2500 users Globally, constantly looking at ways to enhance processes to drive additional value, leading one of 4 streams in MWM:
- Business As Usual (BAU) - this role

- Act as Product Owner for the Business As Usual stream of MWM (including budget management)
- Be the initial point of escalation for the Cybrarian team for queries, approval of exception processes and prioritisation
- Work with the team develop the maturity of the policies and workflows for
- Content ingestion
- Metadata management
- Smart Tagging
- Asset Stitching
- Watermarking
- Quality control
- User Management
- Service Catalogue, SLA’s & Token Usage
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- BE responsible for the approving and assigning user roles withing both the front (Brand Central) and back end of the DAM (Brand Central Manager)
- Ensure ongoing development and maintenance of onboarding and additional training materials to promote optimum user adoption by being one of the principle advocates
- Monitor and report against metrics on requests raised in Workfront for completion plus the generation of additional ad hoc reports
- Proactively collect feedback on the function and performance of the service to feed into the development backlog for Workfront, Brand Central and Brand Central Manager
- Support the Head of Digital Asset & Process Management and other team associates in the production of materials for presentations and other communications
- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience and knowledge surrounding DAM structure and standard procedures
- Sound knowledge of marketing platform & automation tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront and Storyteq
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for ‘templated ways of working’ is preferred
- Team focused, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to change as the business works at a great pace, demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills, high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience of Agile ways of working
- Request and Change management processes i.e. ITIL
- Fluent in English (verbally and written)
