Who We Are Looking For: You.  

  • Possess strong knowledge base of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies such as AI, industry standard hardware and software applications, along with expertise in Adobe CC, Frame.io, and motion graphics
  • Have a thorough understanding of studio and photography workflow operations
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional value to the marketing organization and TJX corporate partners
  • Align with Creative Directors and Premedia Studio Manager to streamline shoot production, ensuring efficient workflow and asset management
  • Define operational metrics and capability needs to ensure appropriate resource allocation
  • Stay up to date on emerging artists, visual styles, and industry trends, to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness
  • Facilitate the completion of large-scale projects on schedule, identify bottlenecks, and drive process enhancements
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support, to foster a collaborative work environment and promote professional development of team
  • Generate reports on expenditure, usage metrics, and performance analysis
  • Develop and manage budgets, negotiating pricing and licensing agreements.
  • Partner with legal team to ensure compliance with copyright laws and manage rights expiration and renewal processes.
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, photography, video, illustration, and other forms of visual content
  • Hands-on experience managing, overseeing, or producing in an internal, agency-side, or best-in-class, high volume studio
  • Experience integrating advanced technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence, to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in art buying, content production, or related roles within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries
  • Demonstrable technical expertise related to systems, applications, and workflow
  • Understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Frame.io, Resolve, Capture One, and how they are applied
  • Experience with DAM/managing digital assets, Workflow, and Studio management systems, as well as other industry standard applications
  • Understanding of 360* photography, video, and editing software a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and cloud-based file collaboration and sharing
  • Expert organization, workflow planning, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with professional cameras, preproduction planning, studio and field production, lighting, audio recording, audio editing, and post-production is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners including artists, photographers, illustrators, and content providers
  • Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and intellectual property rights
  • Ability to stay informed about industry trends, emerging artists, and visual styles
  • Experience with project management and supervising creative production processes
  • At least 3 years of proven team leadership and management experience, and a minimum of 6 years in a role related to design, video, photography, advertising, content production, or (retail) marketing, preferably in an advertising agency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, film, motion media, or other art-related fields
