What you'll do:
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive engagement and support the broader marketing objectives. You will oversee content planning, creation, and optimization, ensuring that content is timely, relevant, and aligned with both the MarCom strategy and audience needs. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and a strategic thinker, skilled in managing cross-functional teams and driving impactful content across multiple channels.
As an Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead the Content Marketing Strategy and quarterly Content Planning:
Develop and manage quarterly content plans that support overall objectives and drive key results, ensuring a variety of content types that is delivered on time, is relevant, and engages target audiences.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate and align with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure content reflects business priorities, meets stakeholder needs, and maintains brand consistency.
Identify & Address Content Gaps:

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate and align with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure content reflects business priorities, meets stakeholder needs, and maintains brand consistency.
Identify & Address Content Gaps:
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps in existing content and initiate the creation of new materials to fill these needs and enhance the overall offering across various content formats.
- Ensure Content Quality & Consistency:
- Maintain high standards for content quality, ensuring accuracy as well as consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms (omni-channel approach). Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Manage key content management documents, such as strategies, plans, briefs, and calendars, ensuring they are used effectively throughout the workflow.
- Oversee content progress using project management tools, maintain efficient workflows to meet delivery deadlines, and ensure localizations are integrated into the workflow as needed
- Responsibility for the digital asset management (DAM) system. Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain governance practices, ensuring consistency, q uality, and compliance across all assets.
- Drive Innovation & Stay Informed:
- Continuously explore industry trends, content marketing best practices, and competitor approaches to introduce fresh, creative ideas that keep content strategies engaging and impactful.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record in developing and managing content strategies across multiple channels.
- Experience in conducting content audits, identifying content gaps, and producing diverse content types.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and resources simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality content.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Digital Asset management systems (DAM).
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- This role may require occasional travel (up to 10%).
