What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to help take our marketing into the future of personalized and automated marketing. As the custodian of our digital assets, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our visual and multimedia content is effectively organized, accessible and well maintained. This person will also act as a key liaison within our organization to help advance our vendor portfolio, digital asset management software and processes to optimize our efforts for personalization and automated marketing. In support of that you will help project manage content deliverables, timelines and asset hand off with internal creative team, outside studios and channel partners.

The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Boise, ID, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, Fullerton, CA, or Phoenix, AZ).

Main responsibilities

Asset Management

  • Continue to develop and maintain a structured and intuitive digital asset management system that efficiently catalogs and organizes assets.
  • Oversee and administer the ingestion, tagging, and cataloging of new assets into the digital asset management system while overseeing a team of four based in Manila and partnering with internal and external creative team members to ensure that assets uploaded follow established standards.
  • Serve as key Brand Marketing Liaison with internal and external teams to identify, interview and hire 3rd parties to support our advancing personalization and AI automated capabilities.
  • Support Personalization Task Force in providing regular updates and status reports on Digital Asset management metadata and tagging optimizations and asset distribution to support their agile needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to understand asset requirements, usage rights, and metadata tagging needs and file naming conventions.
  • Create and enforce metadata standards to ensure assets are easily searchable and discoverable.
  • Support the onboarding of our new lead creative production agency to ensure compliance with Digital asset management structure established.
  • Partner with Digital Asset Management Cybrarian to implement asset access controls and permissions to protect sensitive or restricted content across the enterprise for Brand Marketing content.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital asset management.
Project Management

  • Establish and manage timelines alongside project deliverables with external photo and video studios and creative team to ensure project deliverables are delivered on-time and accessible by all key parties.
  • Support the integration and onboarding of Monday.com and our new lead creative and production agency for the Brand Marketing team.
  • Track and provide regular reports on marketing performance on key projects and assets including photo and video assets as well as initiatives including Personalization, DAM, Monday.com.
  • On-going optimization of operations and processes continually driving efficiencies
  • The salary range is $69,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What we are searching for
