The content Manager will join the creative team at Greene King to drive content forward enabling us to deliver fantastic content for Greene King’s national pub brands and all of our guests.
This role will require strategic thinking and great stake holder management. You will need to identify improvements and proactively take steps to enhance all guest journeys through content. Analysing the content gaps will be key to this role along with strategic planning of content creation across all brands.
Work closely with channel specialists to plan upcoming menus, campaigns and events. Assist the DAM librarians in collating content for entry into the DAM with assets from around the business. You will also run a team of content co-ordinators who will be responsible for delivering content on time and to budget.

As a Content Manager you will:
- Work with copywriters to ensure they have all information needed to create quality content.
- Review materials created by other content creators to ensure they are consistent with the brand’s tone and style.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, brand teams and the Digital team to schedule production timelines and monitor progress on projects.
- Work directly with the Digital Asset librarians to ensure they have the content they require.
- Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Identify new opportunities for content creation and work with brand and marketing teams to support on delivery .
- Creative flair with an interest and passion for innovative content
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
- Effective time management skills; able to juggle several tasks according to priority.
- Effective communicator who can act as the voice of the customer and speak up as well as actively listen.
- Thorough working knowledge of creative processes that support guest journeys.
- Good understanding of industry tools and applications used during the creative process.
