Content Management System Editor

DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Digital Product Lead, the Content Management System Editor will be
responsible for managing, updating, as well as performing ongoing quality checks on our
internal websites. The CMS Editor, with their exceptional interpersonal skills and attention
to detail, collaborates closely with internal partners to continuously maintain and improve
our site content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Function as the content management expert in the tools and processes required
• to manage site content.
• Manage and publish CMS and PIM content within content management system
• and related tools.
• Ensure timely posting, tagging, and linking of content.
• Perform maintenance and quality assurance tasks.
• Manage time and workload. Understand when/how to reach out to peers, managers
• and other functions for assistance or guidance.
• Stay updated on current and recent technologies. Be willing to learn, discuss and
• share new and relevant web topics.
• Other related tasks & responsibilities related to the position

COMPETENCIES

• BA in Digital Marketing or other related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position.
• Bilingual, oral and written (English & French; however, Spanish is an asset).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Proficient knowledge with the following:
• HTML / CSS
• Content Management Systems (Hybris, SAP Commerce)
• Search engine optimization & search engine marketing
• Web analytics
