Anthony Nolan
Remote, UK

Job Summary:

We refreshed our brand in March of this year, and have lots of new assets. We’re looking for someone to reorganise our Bynder digital asset management system, called The MIL internally (media and image library) to establish what photography we can still use, and what we need going forward. Anthony Nolan has a huge range of audiences, and we need to ensure we have enough new photography to support our activity.

You will help champion our brand, through assessment of our photography, and creating a new and easy to use system to ensure everyone across the organisation can be on brand. You will learn about our new design system, our mindsets and our photography principles to inform how we organise and store our images.

You will understand different photography styles and be able to group like minded photographs together. You will adopt a user-friendly index system to ensure everyone can find the photography they need, and we can show the best of the brand. You will work with the Studio and Brand teams to outline missing areas of photography and inform photography planning going forward.

We use a digital asset management system based on Bynder. This platform is currently skinned in our old brand, and it will need to be refreshed. You will be able to support the application of the new brand to the platform by working with our Bynder account manager and the inhouse Studio.

You could come from any background, but an understanding of photography, brand and marketing would be a huge benefit.

  • Update/improve image information fields of existing photography on the MIL
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to implement GDPR best practice across the site for existing and new photography
  • Manage reconsenting any existing photography we want to continue to use
