WHAT TO EXPECT
We are currently seeking a Brand Store Digital Concept Manager to support our global retail development team. We are seeking someone to manage the digital component of our Jaguar store concept, focusing on the elements that are consumer facing and have a direct impact on the consumer experience.

We are currently seeking a Brand Store Digital Concept Manager to support our global retail development team. We are seeking someone to manage the digital component of our Jaguar store concept, focusing on the elements that are consumer facing and have a direct impact on the consumer experience.
There are three main areas this role will lead and influence:
- Consumer facing digital experiences/installations.
- Consumer experiences enhanced by digital solutions.
- Operational systems and processes that directly impact or enhance the customer experience.
- Research and analysis of customer needs at retail, defining digital requirements and capabilities.
- Set and guide the in-store digital strategy.
- Write the brief / requirements and manage agency/creative resource
- Create proposal(s) for review, including the business case
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure buy in and support for the proposed solution(s)
- Work with the Digital team to manage the project from concept to prototype to installation
- Work with our Franchise and Retailer teams to ensure a consistent digital experience across all physical sales channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a DAM and CMS strategy that enables digital in-store solutions to be continuously updated and supported after store launches.
- Work with Marketing team to ensure digital assets are fit for purpose and appropriate for in-store digital experience.
- UX Specific Metrics e.g.: Task success rate, User error rate, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Software/Hardware solutions delivered within fit out budget
- Prototype delivery
- UX Design and management experience
- Experienced in delivering projects via Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
- Ability to simplify the complex and structure information in an easy-to-understand way
- Build and leverage strong stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to challenge in a strategic and constructive way
- Formulating proposals using a logical, data driven approach
- Comfortable working with numerical and financial data to build business cases and carry out Cost/Benefit Analyses
