The Role:

We`re looking for a new Brand Content Manager to join our Marketing team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will lead the Content team to deliver inspiring assets for the Dreams Group, empowering customers to convert with confidence. Working across both the Dreams and Feather & Black brand, you`ll ideate, develop and implement quality content that aligns with our strategy and proudly represents our business.

  • Devise and deliver the content strategy to achieve the objectives of the Dreams Group.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing use of the Digital Asset Management system (DAM) for Content. Support the development and optimisation of the new platform.
  • Deliver all assets that support our brand USPs, managing the process end to end, from brief to approval e.g.
  • Store photography
  • USP collateral Sleepmatch, `About Us` and Services (Guarantees, Free delivery, Fast delivery, Interest Free Credit)
  • Imagery and video for Inspire Me, Sleep Matters, Partnerships and Seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered against the brief, agreed timelines, budgets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with peers (paid media, ecommerce etc) from campaign brief stage to ensure activity is fully aligned.
  • Oversee all product content production through managing and supporting team.
  • Measurement: Track and report on performance (qual and quant) of content and agencies.
  • Ensure all content is developed to support channel requirements.
  • Ensure brand, campaign and tone of voice guidelines are executed across all collateral.
The Person:

This is the type of person we`re dreaming of:

  • 3+ years` experience leading an in-house B2C team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate concepts and ideas.
  • Content creation passionate about creativity with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • An ideas person who brings an infectious energy to the entire creative process, from planning to completion.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships.
  • 3rd party management experience.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports is essential.
  • Strong organisational, project management and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and influence others to see a project through to completion on-time and in-budget.
  • Strong attention to detail.
