The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to join the Lifestyle Brands (LSB) Creative Studio. The Creative Studio includes brand and digital designers, copywriters, industrial designers, production artists, and project managers. The focus of this position will be the management of the creative process and deliverables for all marketing, direct to consumer (DTC), and ecommerce assets. You will be a core member of the Studio team managing each project from start to finish - from design briefings and concept exploration, to campaign production, asset delivery, and toolkits. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Studio, Marketing, Innovation, and DTC teams to bring flawlessly executed design and brand experiences to life for our consumers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CREATIVE PRODUCER
- Manages end-to-end creative process and deliverables for marketing, DTC, and ecommerce asset development.
- Organizational partner to the creative directors ensuring projects are set up for success and managed throughout: this includes building project plans, developing timelines + milestones, resourcing, providing status updates, meeting coordination, consistent communicator with cross-functional teams, and asset delivery.
- Leverages the LSB creative management platform to build tasks, assign teams + timings, organize asset folders, and route artwork for cross-functional approvals.
- Builds tools to track project status, asset development, actions + risks, etc. Responsible for sharing trackers with cross-functional teams in weekly project meetings or over email.
- Monitors incoming creative requests from marketing and cross-functional teams, ensuring all new projects are reviewed by the Creative Studio leads and assigned to teams in weekly meetings.
- Reviews marketing briefs in advance ensuring they are clear and complete prior to creative kick-off.
- On-the-ground photography / video producer responsible for setting up contracts, negotiating + managing budgets and usage terms, inputting into project briefs, organizing shoot details, developing timelines, and managing final assets.
- Liaises with Creative Operations Director to optimize processes.
Includes:
- cataloguing, managing, tagging, and upload digital assets to a DAM system
- creating standards for file naming, sharing, and storing
- Manages creative assets, ensuring they are accessible for all LSB users and uploaded into the digital asset management system (DAM)
- Catalogs all original assets
- Uploads assets into LSB DAM: includes asset tagging, uploading, communicating with SCJ’s DAM team
- Manages usage rights for all original content as needed – ensuring usage terms are included in asset metadata, renewed as needed and/or assets are removed if usage is expired.
- Integrates asset upload into creative workflow outlining what assets are uploaded, cadence of uploading, and communication of new assets to cross-functional teams.
- Point of contact for all asset inquiries from internal teams (Sales, Ecomm, LSB)
- Partners with SCJ team to train new agency partners to upload assets to DAM. Coordinates resolution of any technical issues with the SCJ team
- 5 + years creative project management or production experience (Digital, Website Design, Marketing Campaigns, Photo Shoots) at an agency or internal design studio
- Bachelors Degree
- 1+ year experience developing project plans and workflows in PM software, such as Microsoft Projects Office, Workfront, Asana.
- 1+ year digital asset management experience. Includes: cataloguing, managing, tagging, uploading digital assets to a DAM system, and creating standards for file naming, sharing, and storing
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as an enthusiasm for bringing order to a high performing creative team.

- A good eye for design! This is project management; however, we need you to understand the full process and know what it takes to produce high-quality creative.
