Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Oversee the administration of the DAM system and facilitate the uploading of assets
- Manage the overall library structure, upload procedures and asset regulation
- Responsible for maintaining file naming conventions, meta data, usage rights and policies
- Generate media-ready asset packages to support product launches for cross-functional teams
- Act as primary liaison between the various sales and marketing teams with regard to asset discovery
- Facilitate retrieval of previously cataloged images/shoots
- Register internal and external users to the Digital Asset Management system based on permissions
- Work with the CORSAIR Studios team to further improve processes and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system for CORSAIR
- University Degree or equivalent at least 2 years work experience in planning and developing asset processes
- Previous DAM experience developing information interactions with user experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe CC
- Organized and detail-oriented in developing information interactions with user experience
- Creative, self-starter, and adaptive
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other language skills are a plus
