- Equity (Media and Creative)
- Assist in delivering the marketing mix with ownership of specific executions in partnership with external agency partners
- Manage brand website and Digital Asset Management (DAM) updates
- Monitor category and competitor media spending, consolidating for internal review and planning
- Category Insights & Sales Support
- Monitor brand performance vs. objectives and identify issues and opportunities. Recommend strategies and tactics to take advantage of market opportunities and mitigate risks
- Develop deep understanding of the brand as well as the Healthy Snacks Category, conducting monthly assessments as well as ad-hoc analysis based on Nielsen, POS, and shipment data
- Develop Sales toolkit to assist with selling and implementation of programs, including sell stories, assortment recommendations, price lists and merchandizing
- Innovation & Renovation
- Lead the commercialization process for innovation through collaboration with the US, supply chain and sales and trade marketing
- Lead product reform and renovation projects, working closely with cross-functional team
- Lead packaging updates due to any reformulations, die-line changes etc.
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal (sales, R&D, operations, global brand partners etc.) and external (agency, packaging designs/suppliers, etc.) partners
- Budget Ownership
- Identify and manage the brand’s budget spend and monitor on a monthly basis

- 2-3 years of Marketing experience, cross functional exposure to other Business Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- General knowledge of the Canadian Retail Customer landscape
- Understanding of commercialization process within CPG preferred
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen, Customer POS, Panel Data, Insights)
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, powerpoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Bilingual with proficiency in both written and verbal
