The Assistant Manager, Creative Operations will play a key role in the productivity and success of the Creative department. Reporting to the Project Manager, Creative Operations, this role is responsible for trafficking all creative briefs from request to completion. This includes ensuring materials and resources flow efficiently in a timely and organized manner. This position will also have input on creating workback schedules for designers, editors and copywriters and will highlight viable solutions for any workflow delays that may affect deadlines. This is a cross-functional role that will work with the Digital, Education, Marketing, Product Development, Visual Merchandising, Social and Paid Social teams inputting creative requests into the Workfront Project Management tool. This individual must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and sound judgement to work cross-functionally between departments.

- Review creative briefs and project requests to ensure complete and clear intake of all requests
- Manage the intake, project conversion, and closing out completed projects for all requests on Workfront Project Management tool. Build out task and project timelines within the tool
- Prioritize projects, adjust workflow, and provide updates
- Perform daily check ins with designer and editors to make sure all projects / tasks are on time and up to date elevate any challenges with the timeline deliverables to the Project Manager
- Prepare Excel sheet for design assignment weekly meeting with the Art Directors and assign in Workfront
- Track projects through all phases; from requests to approvals and distribution of final assets to ensure the accuracy and timely execution of projects
- Create draft of weekly exec pre-share deck with links of the projects to be shared to share with Project Manager
- Assist in upkeep of assets on Bynder digital asset management system
- Assist in imagery pulls
- Serve as point of contact for business partners and cross functional teams, keeping all informed of project status
- Relays feedback to design team effectively, confidently, and diplomatically
- Contribute to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Traffic/Project Management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience a plus
