About the Role:

12th Tribe is looking for a highly organized and creative Asset Manager to oversee the development, organization, and execution of all brand assets. This role is critical in ensuring consistency, speed, and excellence across photo, video, social, print, and digital deliverables. You’ll manage the asset lifecycle from production and ensuring cross-functional alignment with content, social, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management & Workflow

  • Own the organization, tagging, and storage of all creative assets across our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Monday.com.
  • Ensure all photo, video, and design assets are easily searchable and accessible for teams (organic, paid, email, web, print).
  • Maintain a clear system for asset usage rights, expiration dates, and version control.
Project & Production Oversight

  • Oversee execution timelines for all creative asset needs across organic social, paid media, website, campaign, UGC, and print.
  • Manage the post-production process, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with creative leads and content creators to ensure final assets meet performance and quality expectations.
Team Leadership

  • Provide feedback loops and structure to the design process, empowering creativity while hitting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand leadership to prioritize initiatives.
Platform & Tool Management

  • Leverage Monday.com to manage the full creative pipeline and ensure on-time delivery of asset needs.
  • Own and evolve our DAM to support scalable growth and improved team efficiency.
Creative Quality & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure assets are on-brand, high quality, and optimized for their specific platform or purpose.
  • Support brand guidelines enforcement across all channels including print collateral, social graphics, and campaign visuals.
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in asset or project management within a creative, fashion, or ecommerce environment.
  • Proven experience managing digital asset systems and creative pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of visual content (photo, video, social formats, web, print).
  • Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Dropbox, Canva, Air and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and design, and an obsession with process optimization.
