We are adding an Asset Coordinator to our in-house Creative team. You will bring expertise in asset organization, DAM management, and communication skills to our dynamic team in this exciting role, in which you will work cross-functionally to elevate our content organization and distribution. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

- Content Organization : Handle storage and tagging of all images, videos, graphic designs, and copy assets throughout the creative process – from raw footage through final assets. Collaborate with team to create tagging process, nomenclature, and folder hierarchies.
- DAM System Management : Evaluate current systems, propose and evaluate new system(s) for storage and distribution of approved assets. Work with cross functional team to identify new system(s), setup (contract negotiation, budget approval), enroll & onboard teammates.
- Process Optimization : Assess existing process and platforms for asset storage. Propose solutions to make our asset storage and distribution processes better for all users. Lead storage and tagging of image and video content coming out of productions.
- Communication Skills : Strong and clear communication, attention to detail and organizational skills are required for this position. Manage asset distribution to key stakeholders. This role coordinates with internal teammates across the organization to optimize our asset management platforms and distribute finished content to channel owners.
- Creative Collaboration : Work closely with each person on our internal Creative team – Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Videographers/ Editors, Photographer, Project Manager and Producer. Understand current challenges and partnerships to propose solutions to enhance organization.

- BS or BA or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
- 3-5 years related industry experience of Asset Coordination in advertising agency and/or in-house creative departments.
- Expertise with Digital Asset Management software implementation and use.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to evaluate current process, solve for challenges, and make recommendations.
- Perform other duties assigned that at are reasonably within the scope of responsibilities listed above.
- Exhibit high level of professionalism, and is a proactive, collaborative, self-starting team player who looks for ways to improve processes.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with others in order to meet deadlines – and hold others at all levels accountable to commitments.
