Role Summary

We are looking for an Artwork Process Improvement Manager to join our team for an initial 12 months period. We are able to consider this role in any of our European locations.

You work collaboratively with our client's Heads of Department, as well as the broader SGK Groups Sales and Marketing teams. This position resolves complex problems using strong technical knowledge and maintains client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic chain process improvement in the area of design to pre-press of packaging projects
  • ESKO system development: working with ESKO teams via JIRA and Service Now tools to track change requests or bugs and giving information to platform users
  • Assisting in the implementation of DAM (Digital Assets Management)
  • KPI creation (PowerBI), analysis, presentation and conducting trainings
  • Project management, resource planning, quality management and workflow optimization
  • Working closely with interdisciplinary teams at our client's location in Paris Rueil-Malmaison
Experience

  • Degree within an appropriate discipline such as Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, etc. or an equivalent combination of education and experience either within FMCG market or print / packaging industry
  • Knowledge of consumer product packaging, production artwork, repro and print services
  • Presentation and customer relationship development skills
  • Flexibility with the ability to multi-task and prioritise, attention to detail
  • Idea generator with strong analytical thinking and innovative solution capabilities
  • Collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple partners and peers
  • PC literate – Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Fluent in English
