AEM Content Manager

We are looking for an AEM Content Manager for one of our top financial clients in the Malvern, PA or the Charlotte, NC area.

As an AEM Content Manager, you play a key role in the development and maintenance of our client's Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create, edit, and publish content, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital experience.

This is a hybrid (3 days onsite) opportunity and is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of content and asset requirements to execute the creation of new or modification of existing web pages.
• Execute the placement of content and assets for internal and external websites using a content management system.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet business needs. Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues. Troubleshoot content-related issues.
• Identify improvements supporting business needs and serve as subject matter expert on content management. Create and suggest updates to procedural documentation for web management processes.
• Maintain broad awareness of changing technology/applications, trends, client needs, and legislative changes to proactively support the creation and testing of marketing/communication materials.
• Document procedures and determine the impact of content delivery across different channels and business areas.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.
• Experience authoring webpages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience authoring in other content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems (DAM).
• Must be local to Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC.
