We are seeking a talented and experienced AEM Author for our client, a global leader in investment management.
As an AEM Author, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining captivating digital experiences on their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content strategy, to deliver high-quality content that aligns with the brand and business objectives. This is a hybrid role in which candidates must be local to Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC to be onsite Tues-Thurs.
Responsibilities:
As an AEM Author, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining captivating digital experiences on their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of content and asset requirements to execute creation of new or modification of existing webpages.
- Execute the placement of content and assets for internal and external websites using Adobe Experience Manager content management system.
- Collaborate with internal partners to meet business needs. Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues. Troubleshoot content-related issues.
- Identify improvements in support of business needs and serve as subject matter expert on content management.
- Create and suggest updates to procedural documentation for web management processes.
- Maintain broad awareness of changing technology/applications, trends, client needs, and legislative changes to proactively support creation and testing of marketing/communication materials.
- Document procedures and determine impact of content delivery across different channels and business areas.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of two years related work experience.
- Experience authoring webpages in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience authoring in other content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems (DAM) such as TeamSite a plus.
