Reporting to the Manager, Brand Strategy & Amplification within the Brand and Media, Global Communications team, this position serves as a senior creative lead responsible for driving the strategic planning, concept development, and execution of high-impact visual content across multiple channels. You will set the creative direction for flagship corporate brand assets, ensuring all deliverables align with Nutrien’s brand standards and broader business objectives. This role plays a critical role in shaping cohesive, compelling content that enhances brand consistency, engagement, and strategic impact.

- Lead the concept development and visual direction for campaigns, paid media, and strategic content initiatives.
- Provide creative leadership for large-scale, flagship design projects.
- Drive the end-to-end process of content and asset creation, from ideation to deployment across channels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives and timelines (Recruitment Marketing/Talent Attraction, and Investor Relations).
- Oversee the creative production of owned and paid media, working with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure alignment and quality.
- Ensure the highest level of design excellence by supporting and mentoring junior communicators/designers and enforcing brand guidelines.
- Design physical and environmental brand elements for trade shows, events, and office installations.
- Research and implement process improvements for design/content workflows and asset management.
- Assist in the management and optimization of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure efficient organization and accessibility of brand assets.
- Provide creative direction for videos (editing and post-production) to support strategic brand initiatives.
- Guide the creation of scalable design systems and libraries to support efficient content development.
- 3 to 5 years of directly relevant professional work expeirence in Communications & Design, preferrably in large multi-national corporate setting.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field of study.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Premier and Photoshop.
- Prior experience working with Global Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM).
