As an AEM Librarian, you will be instrumental in developing and managing a scalable content library for our diverse digital assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our content is organized, accessible, and distributed efficiently across various channels.

- Devise and implement a scalable plan to make content readily available for multi-channel distribution, adhering to best practices.
- Manage a comprehensive library of digital assets, ensuring effective growth and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain efficient metadata models/schemas, taxonomy namespaces, and search schemas for optimal asset organization.
- Adhere to and contribute to governance, process, and training documentation to ensure consistent asset management.
- Perform daily tasks within the digital asset management system, including asset ingestion, organization, maintenance, issue resolution, and curation.
- Conduct digital asset lifecycle maintenance, including archiving and managing asset expiration.
- Collaborate with User Experience, Project Management, and IT teams to design and implement new solutions, guaranteeing proper asset rendering.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the DAM Manager, MarTech, and Public side to align strategies and practices.
- Support the Content Ops taxonomist-in-training, potentially aiding in field research for strategic development and audits.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Five years related work experience. Three years experience in business technology preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager and digital asset management principles.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in metadata and taxonomy creation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for cross-departmental collaboration.
