Tata Acquires BT’s Mosaic Group
Indian IT services provider, Tata Communications today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire BT Group’s (BT) Mosaic business, which offers a digital media management platform that manages content and workflow from production to distribution across collaborative market ecosystems.
BT Mosaic offer rich media services; their (SaaS-based) offering covers all points from Digital Asset Management through to production facilities and digital distribution.
