A forward-thinking and data-driven manager with over 20 years of experience in photography, media, and content production, I specialize in digital asset management (DAM), IPTC & XMP metadata, and user workflows. With a history in leadership roles, I excel in managing team performance, project oversight and making order out of chaos.

In my previous roles, I have successfully strategized and managed various multimedia tools, such as Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) tools, and Terminal-based audio-broadcasting applications. I have designed, developed, and implemented a proprietary DAM system with over 3,000 active users, working collaboratively with engineering, news, marketing, television, and content syndication & licensing teams.

Transitioning from a seasoned photographer with experience in diverse environments from combat zones to high-end fashion shoots, I've effectively managed a team of editors and a portfolio of numerous photographers. My contributions to licensing and syndication deals have resulted in consistent double-digit annual revenue growth, and I've played a pivotal role in shaping social media strategy, web production, and overall team & content direction.
