I led the digital asset management transformation at Bacardi, owning the global DAM platform (Bynder) as part of a broader content ecosystem including PIM (inRiver) and PXM (Salsify). I oversaw operations, strategy, and development for systems used by 4,000+ monthly users managing 160,000+ assets.
I drove major enhancements including integrating digital shelf syndication partners, AI-powered content governance, natural language search, and automated asset workflows resulting in over $1M in annual savings and significantly improved speed-to-market. My work also included evolving content taxonomy and governance to support retailer-specific and omnichannel delivery.
