DAM and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Thursday September 5th - Thursday September 26th, 2024
Online
$0-500

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a critical role in reshaping how we manage, modify, and optimize digital assets. AI offers both the opportunity and the ability to improve all aspects of DAM - from the management of metadata, enhancing search and discovery processes, streamlining workflow to enhanced automation.

DAM is being transformed both as a technology and as a fundamental process within the creative and marketing operations of businesses.

DAM at the core of the MarTech stack should be viewed as a constant network of connections between people, process, and technology. With AI technologies like Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), DAM can do even more to automate and optimize digital assets. AI enhanced DAM impacts the functionality of tagging and search within creative, digital asset workflows. BUT the AI powered robots should not work in splendid isolation. They must interact with humans throughout all DAM processes and the entire asset lifecycle.

This DAM and Artificial Intelligence (AI) series covers how AI technologies are changing DAM functionality and processes, including:

  • Metadata management
  • Visual search functionality
  • Tagging
  • Generative AI workflows

Each of the four sessions focuses on a specific aspect, examining how it is evolving and the ways in which DAM may be used.

Schedule

Session 1: September 5, 2024 - Metadata is the Foundation for AI
Session 2: September 12, 2024 - AI Powered Visual Search for DAM
Session 3: September 19, 2024 - DAM Automated AI Asset Tagging
Session 4: September 26, 2024 - DAM and Generative AI Workflows

AI is a partner in how digital assets are managed in the future. This series provides a foundation to better understand what action to take and how, when and why to move forward.
