About the Speakers
Valerie Phoenix is the Founder & CEO of Tech By Choice. As a successful self-taught developer, Valerie started Tech By Choice to give back to the community that helped her succeed.
Jadrian Thomas is a creative Marketing Professional, specializing in Project Management, Digital Marketing and Business Development. His experience expands a range of industries from financial services to entertainment and even fashion. Jadrian has a BA in Business Management from Louisiana State University. When he’s not busy assuming the role of a Marketing Professional, he spends his time making racists uncomfortable, dismantling systems of oppression and co-hosting a weekly show on Instagram Live called "The Conversation".
