Usability Biggest Challenge In DAM

In a recent poll conducted by CMS Wire, usability was voted the biggest challenge faced by those  tasked with the implementation of a digital asset management system.   The poll, which ran over a week, found that taxonomy and metadata design were also a key concern, in addition to building a solid business case for digital asset management adoption.
