Featured Job – Lead Taxonomist, Nike – 9th September 2022
This week’s featured position is for a Lead Taxonomist with global footwear, apparel and equipment manufacturer Nike. Operating out of the US, with the opportunity for remote working, the successful candidate will be highly skilled and experienced in building taxonomies and ontologies. The key responsibilities will include working with the metadata and master data management (MDM) teams to design, implement, troubleshoot and maintain taxonomies and ontologies as part of the organisation’s wider digital transformation drive. Additional tasks will include collaborating with various partners and ensuring the semantic structures reflect business knowledge specialisations.
“This role will focus on the design, build, and implementation of the semantic structures that connect Nike’s consumers and other end users to our offerings, as part of our “Consumer Direct Acceleration” Digital Transformation initiative.
