Featured Job – Director, Creative Services and Brand Management, Brother – 15th November 2024


This week’s featured position is for a Director of Creative Services and Brand Management with Japanese multinational electronics equipment manufacturer Brother.  Operating out of Bridgewater, New Jersey, the successful candidate is expected to have a minimum of ten years’ experience in leading and directing creative services operations, including design, content and managing creative assets.

As a leadership role, key responsibilities will encompass a broad range of disciplines, including brand stewardship, governance and compliance, managing a team of creatives, overseeing creative projects such as packaging, video, billboards, social media and marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, and working with marketing communications.  Additional duties include managing the creative service budget, talent assessment, and leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and the organisation’s DAM system (Bynder) to manage workflows and produce, catalogue and distribute high quality assets.

The Director exhibits outstanding professional experience and creative judgment to guide the Creative Services team in achieving the highest possible standards appropriate for all materials regardless of medium.
