Featured Job – Digital Content Manager, Prince’s Trust – 24th November 2023

This week’s featured opportunity is for a Digital Content Manager with UK youth charity The Prince’s Trust.  Based in London and working under the Head of Content, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of the organisation’s new DAM system.  Duties will include daily DAM operations such as the upload, ingestion, organisation and metadata management of Prince’s Trust global content digital assets.  Additional tasks will include auditing content to ensure usage rights and consent are in order, working with IT and the DAM vendor to assist with SSO (single sign-on), user permissions management, and training internal staff to use the system.

“The role will include managing and onboarding the new Digital Asset Management System as the primary account manager, leading the organisation and categorisation of photos, videos and other promotional material on the system. Working with in-country suppliers, partners and Prince’s Trust charities across the globe, managing the safe transfer of data.  Within the contract, you will complete the upload of all assets from external drives and web drives acting within GDPR legislation.
