Featured Job – Digital Asset Coordinator, State of Montana – 9th May 2025


This week’s featured opportunity is for a Digital Asset Coordinator with the State of Montana’s official Department of Commerce.   The role’s key responsibility involves managing the department’s DAM system, ensuring content is organised, accessible, and up to date.  Reporting to the Digital Media Director, the successful candidate will also support web and multimedia design projects.  Additional duties include liaising with internal and external users, tracking asset usage, and producing reports.  A degree in a relevant field and at least two years’ experience in digital asset management or design is required.  Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, web development, graphic design, and brand and guidelines is essential, with video production experience considered a bonus.

The DAC will keep the DAM up to date, service external user account profiles and requirements, service internal and external user account profiles and requirements, and ensure the DAM is easy to use for everyone. The DAM will contain all content that the Department owns. The DAC will be accountable for assets going into and out of the DAM, organization of the assets within the DAM, tracking asset usage/implementation as required and delivering reports on DAM assets as needed.”  [Read More]
