Featured Job – Digital Asset Coordinator, Kew Gardens, UK – 8th November 2024
This week’s highlighted position is for a Digital Asset Coordinator with world-renowned UNESCO heritage site, the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. Operating out of Richmond upon Thames, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing, promoting and developing the organisation’s Digital Asset Management system (Aetopia-based), including overseeing workflows and processes such as asset upload, ingestion, cataloguing, tagging, metadata, rights, permissions and usage. Additional duties will include continuous improvement of the DAM platform via auditing and analytics, providing user support, onboarding and training, and coordinating a monthly DAM group to track issues and maintain best practice. Liaison with vendors, other departments and third-parties will also be required, along with keeping abreast of emerging DAM technologies, techniques and best practice.
