Available at various locations throughout the US, the role involves creating workflows, metadata strategies, and scalable processes to optimize asset discoverability and efficiency. Responsibilities cover daily DAM tasks such as ingestion, upload, cataloguing, and metadata management. Collaborating with global partners and internal teams, the manager ensures system stability, user onboarding and training, compliance, and rights management. Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of digital asset lifecycles, digital marketing and content production. The position also requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong communication skills to align assets with brand strategies. Experience with DAM tools and high-volume file management is essential to enhance marketing impact and streamline global asset operations. Additional knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop is preferable.
