Featured Job – Archive Coordinator, Warner Music Group, Hollywood – 7th February 2025

This week’s highlighted opening is for an Archive Coordinator with US multinational entertainment and record label, Warner Music Group. Operating out of North Hollywood, the successful candidate will be responsible for preserving and managing master tapes of iconic albums and rare recordings, working with librarians and engineers to preserve, research, and ensure metadata accuracy. Duties will involve broad and varied range of disciplines, including, but not limited to, cataloguing, archival, scheduling pick-ups of archive supplies, coordinating digitisation workflows, assisting with the development of the DAM system, and liaising with vendors. Preferred qualifications include music industry knowledge, familiarity with audio and video recording formats (digital, vinyl, CD), and experience with Excel and Outlook.
